Refund policy

 Return Request can be made within 3 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only in genuine cases, and the decision to approve a return rests solely with Team Ra'Kaira. No return will be accepted without prior confirmation from us. Items must be unused, in original condition, and packed in original packaging.

All Ra'Kaira garments are made to order and handcrafted specifically for you. Because of the customised nature of our pieces, returns and exchanges are limited and subject to approval by our team.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on custom-made garments.

Damaged or Defective Items

Once verified, we will arrange the return at our cost and resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the situation, we will repair, remake, replace, or issue a refund.

Alterations

We are happy to assist with alterations if required. Customers may contact us during office hours for support.

Important Return Conditions

  • Returns must be pre-approved by our team

  • Unauthorised returns will not be accepted

  • Customers sending items without confirmation must manage the shipment themselves

  • Final approval of any return depends on timelines and product condition

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Minor colour variations between screen display and actual product

  • Damage caused by misuse or handling after delivery

  • Issues arising from courier handling beyond our control

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled directly through the website once placed. If you need assistance, please contact our team within 24 hours of placing the order.

If a cancellation request is approved, a credit note will be issued within 7 business days and will remain valid for 12 months.

If an order is modified, any price difference must be paid before processing. If the revised order value is lower, the balance will be issued as a credit note.
