International orders have additional shipping charges based on destination and weight. International shipments are sent on a DDU basis — import duties and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery and are subject to approval by our team. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

We do not offer exchanges on custom-made garments. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days and we will repair, remake, replace, or issue a refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If approved within 24 hours, a credit note valid for 12 months will be issued within 7 business days.

Product colours may slightly vary due to photographic lighting or your screen settings. All garments are made to order and handcrafted specifically for you.
